What do both plans include?
Talk to Jurnie’s AI mentor, break goals into tasks, edit existing work, and join shared Journeys. Jurnie works in a web browser on desktop and mobile. Google Calendar is an optional integration; you choose whether to connect your account.
How does billing work?
Premium renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Annual plans are charged upfront. In Jurnie, open Settings → Billing → Manage billing to cancel renewal before the next charge. Your Premium access continues until the end date shown there.
What happens if I return to Free?
Your Journeys and existing tasks stay. You can edit existing tasks and choose one owned Journey for new tasks. Shared Journeys do not count toward that allowance, and early-supporter Journeys remain unlocked.
Can I request a refund?
Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund or credit. For a refund request, contact Link support or support@jurnie.co. Applicable consumer rights still apply. Read the cancellation and refund terms before purchasing.
