By accessing and using Jurnie ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• Track progress on your objectives
• Break down visions into actionable tasks
• Access AI-powered mentoring and guidance
• Reflect on your personal growth journey

User Account and Registration

To access certain features of Jurnie, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Jurnie to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Jurnie (your visions, goals, tasks, and notes). By using our service, you grant us the right to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Use your content to provide AI mentoring responses
• Back up your content for service reliability

We do not claim ownership of your personal content and will not share it with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

AI Mentor Service

Our AI Mentor feature provides guidance and suggestions based on your goals and questions. You understand that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• AI guidance is for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice
• You are responsible for evaluating and acting on AI suggestions
• AI conversations may be processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI)

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

Privacy
